The International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS) came into force in 2004. This new security legislation will mean that all commercial vessels over 500 gross tonnage must comply with a set standard of security onboard. This entails an assessment of current security, planning and preparing security procedures and manuals to comply with ISPS, and training appropriate crew members in their use.
Top Dog Security Ltd personel have completed and passed a PFSO (Port Facility Security Officer) course. Our staff have previous experience with the military, in operations such as "Ops G" and we now have valuable expertise in the civilian sector.
